These are the best exercises for sculpting and strengthening your arms

In The Know: Fitness is a series of exercise videos hosted by personal trainer, Jeremy Sry, in which he demonstrates step-by-step workouts that are easy to do at home, at the gym and even on the go.

Here are some tips and exercises for sculpting your arms and making them stronger. This minimal equipment circuit will have your muscles burning by the end!

Equipment needed: 1 pair of dumbbells, bench

1. Double bicep curls (4 sets of 12 reps)

Stand straight up, wrists pointed towards the ceiling, elbows at your side and curl up.

2. Sphinx push-ups (4 sets of 15 reps)

Drop into a traditional push-up position, then walk your palms forward. Drive your elbows to the ground and push back up.

3. Hammer Curls (4 sets of 12 reps)

Stand straight up, wrists facing each other, elbows fixed at your sides and curl up.

4. Dips (4 sets of 15 reps)

Using a bench (or the couch at home), take a seat with your hands at your sides. Extend your legs out and move your body off the bench, keeping your hands on the edge. Then, bend your elbows to perform a dip.
