Those who want to stay agile well into old age, do not pass motion.
This is true not only for the body, but also for the brain power.
The founder of the meditation podcasts, HeadStrong, Michael Gervais, has created a Workout to train the brains. "With some complex and challenging Exercises new neural pathways created werden" can efficiently;, he explains to Better Homes & Gardens. Thus could be prevented, for example, Alzheimer’s.
Workout for the body and the brains
Three of these Exercises can be particularly easily in the own training routine to fit it in. Gervais recommends that the Exercises one after the other, wherein between each 30-60 seconds of rest should be.
Squat to Jump
On you shoulder width.
Bend the knees until the legs form an angle of 45 degrees.
Then jump up and raise the arms above the head.
Go then immediately into the next Squat and again, the Exercise for half a Minute hole.
Plank
Go first in the all-fours position and drop your elbows below your shoulders.
Best you fold your hands before you pick your knees up from the floor.
The body should form a straight line between shoulders and ankles. Possibly you will need to bring your feet a little further to the rear.
Remain in this Plank for at least 30 seconds.
Side shift
On you wide beining in a sliding tackle. The feet should be parallel pointing at each other to the front.
Shift your weight to the right leg, by you put out of this bend and the left leg.
Caution: The feet should remain parallel to each other.
Route you then return to the starting position and shift finally your weight to the other side.
Also this Exercise you should perform best for a minimum of half a Minute.
