Lady Gaga Just Dressed Up As A Unicorn, And Her Body Looks Abs-olutely Fabulous

  • Lady Gaga just showed off her toned abs and legs while wearing a unicorn costume on Instagram.
  • She took multiple videos, showing her running through a casino and doing leg lifts.
  • Lady Gaga strength trains five days a week and gets cardio from performing.

It’s challenging for anyone to figure out what to be for Halloween, but it’s got to be especially tough when you’re Lady Gaga. After all, the woman wears next-level stuff on any given Tuesday. Well, the pop star just shared a few Instagram videos of herself dressed up as a unicorn, and, in true Gaga fashion, it’s everything.

In the first Instagram video, the “Shallow” singer can be seen running through what appears to be a casino (she does have a Vegas residency after all…). She’s wearing a white bra top, white bottoms, a mesh bodysuit over top, wings, a unicorn horn (of course) and pink and purple hair for days as she trots on through the casino. Another video shows a close-up of her stunning eye makeup, while the final one has her doing leg lifts and then gyrating on the floor.

The costume is amazing and all, but Gaga’s abs and legs are straight-up stunning. She didn’t just turn it out for Halloween: Gaga’s trainer Harley Pasternak told Us Weekly that she does 35-minute strength training sessions five days a week, and that she gets her cardio from performing.

When she works out, Gaga does a slew of exercises like bicycle crunches, seated Russian Twists, reverse crunches, and dumbbell side bends—all of which sculpt those abs. She also does skater lunges (to work her butt), overhead dumbbell triceps extensions (for her arms), and lateral dumbbell raises (for her shoulders).

The A Star Is Born actress also eats really well. Her longtime friend and chef Bo O’Connor told The New Potato that Gaga’s favorite meals are “dishes with lots of vegetables and quinoa.” When she’s touring, Gaga snacks on healthy stuff like grain chips, tofu, turkey slices, hummus, and coconut water, her choreographer LaurieAnn Gibson told People.

Yeah… it shows.
