Model and former Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon, 52, just posted a gorgeous bikini photo on Instagram, showing off her super toned abs and legs to fans.
“This is the bikini I wore in my bike accident,” the reality TV personality captioned her photo.
While Instagram followers aren’t quite sure what “bike accident” she’s referencing (um… hope she’s okay!), they were quick to shower her with allllll the super sweet comments. “The most gorgeous girl to pass through Palm Beach,” said one follower. “Your body 😍😍😍,” wrote another.

ICYDK, Kelly is no stranger to posting bikini pics on her IG. (Her grid is full of beach and poolside moments.) She also loves sharing her workout routines and diet tips with followers. Kelly even gives fans close-up shots of her abs on the reg. Case in point:

While she typically loves heading to workout classes for sweat sessions, due to recent stay-at-home orders, Kelly has credited going on runs and doing lots of abs workouts with keeping her so fit.

Kelly has also shared tons of videos doing ab routines since staying home as well, saying she’ll usually do over 1000 reps per workout. (Ouch.)

Previously, Kelly loved heading to studio class workouts like Soulcycle and Pilates, according to her other Instagram posts. She also told Page Six that she does Y7 yoga classes on occasion.
Whatever her workout of choice, Kelly is pretty much an exercise queen—and she’s got the abs to prove it.
