Jessie J's Abs And Legs Look So Dang Toned in Her Latest Bikini Instagram

Singer Jessie J is spending her time at home soaking up some rays, and she’s never looked fitter. In her latest Instagram post, she shows off her super toned abs and legs in a super cute striped bikini.

“Listen to my heart go Badaaaa Buddha bidi daaa dooo Buddha,” she captioned her post, in which she’s standing next to a Buddha statue.

Fellow singer Ella Mai, whose song ‘Boo’d Up’ was the reference for Jessie’s caption, commented, “caption&youuuuu ✨,” to which Jessie replied, “@ellamai the best song ever and i love youuuu💓💓💓✨✨✨🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

One Instagram follower commented, “Bawdy 🔥,” while another wrote, “You look amazing! ✨🔥.”

ICYDK, the “Brave” singer puts in the work to keep her body in shape, starting with what she eats. Jessie previously said she made changes to her diet to help with her fertility issues(though she didn’t go into specifics) and revealed that she went vegan to help manage her chronic pain.

Jessie opened up to Plant Based News in 2019 about being a vegan and her decision to cut out sugar from her diet. “So four years ago, I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body,” she said. “Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep.” She cut out meat two years later and went fully vegan around 2018.

And of course, she makes time for serious sweat seshes, too. “When I come out of the gym, I’m blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good. It’s about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning,” she told HuffPost in 2017.

And she told Women’s Health UK that her main goal with exercising is to feel good. “[Working out] really makes me feel positive,” she said. “It releases endorphins—and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to do it,’ and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout, and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.”
