Hailey Bieber And Her Six-Pack Abs Are ‘Thriving’ In Tons Of New Jamaican Vacation Photos On Instagram

  • Hailey Bieber shared a photo dump from her Jamaican vacation with a ton of new bikini pics exploring the island.
  • It looks like the model, and her very toned abs, lived in swimwear during the getaway.
  • Hailey’s strong bod, which she maintains with Pilates and boxing, garnered all the fire emojis from fans in the comments.

Hailey Bieber just went on vacation, and she took her toned abs along for the ride.

Hailey, 24, dropped a series of pics and videos from her recent vacation to Jamaica on Instagram, and it looks like she lived in a bikini. There are photos of Hailey and her abs paddle boarding over crystal-blue waters, Hailey and abs chilling waterside in a gorgeous black bikini wrap top, and Hailey (and her abs) resting on a paddle board in the rain while working a white bikini.

People freaked out in the comments. “Absolutely stunning 😍😍😍😍,” one follower wrote. “Angel baby is THRIVING❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥,” another said. And, naturally, her comments were jam-packed with fire emojis.

OK, but how did she get that fit? Hailey previously shared on the Women’s Health Going for Gold podcast that she’s big into Pilates and boxing. “Exercise is another thing that keeps my mind… and my body really healthy,” she said. “I really like Pilates and boxing for cardio. And I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training and cardio.”

Hailey used to be a ballet dancer (peep the video of her dancing in the rain in her vacation drop) “so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating,” she said. “A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance,” Hailey added. “I think that’s why I identify with and like it so much.”

Hailey recently shared with Elle that she’s “very strict” with her diet for the health of her body and skin. Breakfast for her is usually eggs, oatmeal, or a smoothie, followed by a greens-packed lunch. “Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich,” she said. “I don’t really eat a lot of gluten… . I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That’s usually one thing I leave out.”

Dinner, Hailey said, is “usually kind of along the same lines” as lunch. “Some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten free pasta. Chicken, maybe,” she said. Worth noting: She also tries to avoid sugar.

Pass the kale salad, please.
