It didn’t seem possible, but Elizabeth Hurley, 55, has managed to one-up herself. Over the weekend, the actress, model, and swimwear designer, posted a new bikini video to Instagram.
In it, she’s soaking in a hot tub and basking in the sun to some very relaxing music. It’s all very casual until you get a glimpse of her abs. Liz is wearing a bright red/pink string bikini (it’s $176 online, if you’re interested!), but her super strong abs are outshining it. Her core is all kinds of toned and sculpted. She captioned the clip: “Just catching a few rays 😘😘😘”

Liz is surprisingly relaxed when it comes to her workout routine, especially when you see her strong, toned bod in bikini photos on the reg.
Elizabeth is big on found fitness, in addition to yoga and Pilates. The actress previously told Women’s Health that she likes to do squats while she brushes her teeth. She also takes take 30-minute walks with her dogs that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up,” and she’s been known to use a chainsaw to cut down trees. “I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active,” she previously told Extra.
She also steers clear of processed foods. “I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,” she told The Cut. “When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”
Elizabeth previously told Women’s Health that she focuses on her health by “making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities.”
Tbd if hot tubbing has any real impact on abs, but it’s working for Elizabeth.
