Dua got lots of bday wishes from some of her famous friends and fellow singers, including Paris Hilton, Tove Lo and Zara Larsson.
And it’s hard not to miss her toned tummy, which Dua credits with yoga, Pilates, and strength training, per Refinery29. She also likes to add in quick, 15-minute HIIT workouts in when she can, which includes moves like jumping jacks, burpees, and mountain climbers.
“It’s high-intensive interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!” she told Vogue. “I’m still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest,” she added.
She also likes to box. “I love boxing in my spare time,” Dua explained, per Women’s Health. “I like doing it for fitness, I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it.”
And as for her diet, Dua likes to cook at home. “I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people,” she told Refinery29. “With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life.”
