Tracee Ellis Ross has been vacationing someplace amazing-looking this week. And, while she says she’s about to come home, she dropped an Instagram video of herself dancing in a bikini first.

“Ok fine, I’m coming home. After this tho 😂🌴,” the 48-year-old Blackish star joked in the caption. In the vid, Tracee dances in the wind to Justin Bieber’s “Peaches” while wearing a pretty blue and white bikini top and matching slouchy slacks. Of course, the Girlfriends alum works hard for that body-ody-ody. She’s been doing home workouts from the Tracy Anderson Method, sharing a snippet of them in March. In the video, she does weighted leg lifts while using a chair for support, and it looks seriously hard.

She also shared a video in September of herself doing similar exercises, followed by weighted leg lifts while planking. Whew!

Tracee has been an Anderson devotee for years. “I have to say that Tracy Anderson’s workout the last five years has been really good for me,” she told Health in 2017. “I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill. The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too.”
