If You Thought J.Lo Looked Good At The Super Bowl, Just Wait Until You See Her Abs Now

  • Jennifer Lopez just showed off her toned abs and arms in a new workout video.
  • She also said she missed her “workout partner”/fiancé Alex Rodriguez in her Instagram Story.
  • J.Lo stays fit at 50 by sticking to a super healthy diet and rarely missing a gym sesh.

Fact: Jennifer Lopez goes hard at the gym. And, if you follow her on Instagram, you know that the 50-year-old singer/actress/dancer regularly sweats it out with fiancé Alex Rodriguez. Well, the Hustlers star just documented her latest exercise sesh on her Instagram Stories, and she even gave A-Rod a sweet shoutout.

In the first video, J.Lo can be seen working her arms as the Rocky theme blares in the background. Her super jacked abs peek out from underneath her crop top, and she looks all kinds of toned. The video then cuts over to her vocal coach, Stevie Mackey, who can be see lying on the ground, looking wiped. Stevie also posted the hilarious video on his Instagram:

In another pic shared to her Instagram Story, J.Lo is doing some kind of squat/arm curl combination with a trainer. “Missing my workout partner @Arod,” she wrote over it. Aww.

Of course, J.Lo looks ridiculously fit at 50, and she’s made it pretty clear over the year that that doesn’t happen by accident. There was her and A-Rod’s whole 10-day no sugar, no carbs challenge, and J.Lo’s trainer Dodd Romero recently told O, the Oprah Magazine that his famous client steers clear of caffeine and alcohol, skips anything containing sugar, and tries to avoid processed foods as much as she can. She also likes to load up on protein like egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast, grass-fed beef, and salmon or sea bass.

In the fitness department, well, J.Lo doesn’t mess around (I mean, clearly). Dodd said that the singer’s abs workout consists of a set of 50 hanging ab raises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. Then, she does another set of 35 each, followed by a third set of 21 each. (My core hurts just thinking about it.)

J.Lo can also be found at the gym pretty much on the daily. She told Us Weekly in 2015 that she “very rarely skips a workout.”

Yup, it shows!
