The Lunge That Smokes Your Hips and Thighs

For wheels of steels, lunges are a must. They build single-leg strength and stability, and a lean-looking lower body.

But if you want to kick up the intensity level a few notches, then do threaded lunges. They’ll improve your hand-eye coordination, smoke your hips and thighs, and challenge your core.

THREAD YOUR WAY TO LEANER-LOOKING LEGS! Have you ever tried the KETTLEBELL THREADED LUNGE? According to MH fitness director BJ Gaddour (@bjgaddour), it’s a great way to improve hand-eye coordination, smoke your hips and thighs, and work all of the stabilizing muscles of your spine and lower body. BJ recommends plugging this into a whole body circuit as a lower body move. You could also use it as a finisher on #LegDay by doing max reps for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between rounds. Do 5-10 total rounds.
