Joey Graceffa Just Showed Off the Results of His 30-Day Body Transformation

“I’ve always wanted a six-pack,” says YouTuber Joey Graceffa in a recent video. He goes on to explain that due to long-term illness, he has previously always struggled to build and maintain muscle, despite having worked with personal trainers for years. For his latest challenge, he commits to getting into the best shape he can in by working out every single day for 30 days, and documents his “twink to twunk” journey using Tempo, an at-home virtual training service.

“I don’t even remember the last time I worked out,so today is going to be a rough one, I can already tell,” he says on Day 1 of the challenge. And sure enough, the first workout takes a pretty hefty physical toll. “My arms feel like jello,” he says. “I think I blacked out. My whole body is shaking.”

At the end of the first week, Joey is still fatigued: “My body felt like it was ready to give out; my legs were all wobbly like a baby deer’s, and every muscle in my body was sore.”

However, as the month progresses, and he continues the daily workouts, only taking one or two rest days, he admits to feeling more energized and motivated, mostly due to the physical results he is beginning to see, including more muscle mass in his arms, some fat loss in his mid-section, and a more visibly toned chest.

“I just feel like I put so many limitations on myself, thinking I was weak or couldn’t do this, and I’ve really proved to myself that I can do it, and I can do anything I set my mind to,” he says. “This was a very challenging 30 days, but I’m very proud of myself, and I’m very happy with the results that came with it.”
