Halle Berry, 54, is serving serious mermaid vibes in her latest Instagram post while reclining on the beach in a bikini. She graced everyone’s feeds with wavy, windswept hair, sculpted abs, and long legs.

“If it requires a bikini, my answer is always yes please!” the Bruised actress captioned her post. Halle’s summer vibes and sculpted bod caught everyone’s attention. “Goals🔥,” one person wrote in the comments. “You make a bikini necessary! 😉🔥🔥🔥🔥👙💖💖💖💖,” another said. Halle is take hot girl summer to a whole new relaxed level.

The actress-turned-director looks right at home on the sand. She doesn’t even need a towel to get her relaxing on! (Perhaps she already used her towel for a workout?)

So how does Halle stay in shape? First, she makes the most out of every workout. She is efficient with her time. “I’ve learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt,” she wrote in an essay for Women’s Health. “In fact, they’re often even harder than longer ones.”

That’s because Halle’s a huge fan of circuit training. “Usually, I’ll do circuits of five or six exercises and churn through one after another, going as hard as I can for a set amount of time so I don’t have to count reps,” she says. “Sometimes we use all bodyweight moves; other times I’m upping the intensity with equipment like my ankle weights.” It’s all about variety.

Now, Halle says she focuses less on classic abs exercises and more on strengthening her whole body, core included, at once. “Actually, my average workout these days doesn’t involve a single situp or crunch,” Halle told Women’s Health. “For me, hitting my abs with full-body workouts is also infinitely more fun than cranking out 100 crunches. Every training session is different—and I walk away satisfied, knowing that I not only worked my core hard, but the rest of my muscles, too.”

Cheers to that, Halle!
