212.326 new infections in a day: WHO recorded the new Corona-record

The number of cases of Corona infections within 24 hours climbed, according to the world health organization (WHO) to a new record of 212 326 cases.

This is evident from the WHO situation report for Corona pandemic of Saturday.

The majority of new infections within 24 hours were in North and South America (129 772) reported. More than 53 000 cases alone accounted for the United States and more than 48 000 on Brazil.

Corona-pandemic: Nearly 11 million infections worldwide

Overall, the WHO going so far of 10.9 million infections with the Coronavirus worldwide, as well as 523 011 deaths, diseases as a result of Covid-19 -.

In absolute Numbers, the USA (2 724 433), Brazil (1 496 858) Russia (674 515) were, therefore, least of all, the majority of infections overall.

Among the European countries, great Britain has cases with 284 280 currently, the majority of infections.

The WHO Figures vary due to different counting methods and time delays of the Figures of the Johns Hopkins University in the USA. The WHO has repeatedly pointed insistently to the fact that pandemic have not lost any of their dynamics.
