There’s a lot going on in Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s household lately, what with him being hospitalized for kidney stones and her hitting the red carpet to help promote his new movie. But the 26-year-old popstar certainly hasn’t forgotten about Valentine’s Day—and she’s doing it up her way.
On Thursday, Miley tweeted a hilariously NSFW photo of herself from her 2014 Bangerz tour. In the pic, she’s laying on her back on the hood of a car, wearing a money print leotard with her legs spread in the air. You know, just your standard V-Day look.
The photo was part of a meme that says, “When it’s Valentine’s Day and bae says hi.” Of course, Miley couldn’t share it without tagging her new hubby in the post. “@LiamHemsworth love you,” she simply wrote. (Hmmm…wonder what Miley and Liam are up to today?)

While Miley and Liam have been together off and on for eons, this is their first Valentine’s Day as a married couple after the two got hitched in a super-secret, tiny wedding at home on December 23.

Liam also recently went on Live with Kelly and Ryan and raved about married life, noting that Miley decided on her own to take his last name, which he was so happy about that he almost cried. Another adorable tidbit: Liam has Miley listed as “Wife” in his phone now.
