Daphne Oz Says She's 'Not In A Rush' To Get Back Into Shape After Baby #4, TYVM

Daphne Oz is back in the gym 10 weeks after giving birth to her baby Gigi. The mom of four (and daughter of Dr. Oz) is also keeping her postpartum journey all kinds of real on social media.

MasterChef Junior judge and author Daphne shared a mirror selfie after her workout. In the photo, she’s wearing a green sports bra and matching leggings, showing off her post-baby bod. Daphne shared in the caption, “everyone starts somewhere. 💫#10weekspostpartum just got sweaty and it felt so GOOD!! only my second real workout since having Gigi.”

Daphne is totally rocking her ‘fit and has that post-sweat glow. There are two cardio machines, which are possibly responsible for that glow, in the background.

Daphne added more about her fitness plans and goals after giving birth to baby #4. She continued: “I’m not in a rush, I just want to start to feel my core again and strength in my skin. consistency and baby steps get it done 💪 #onmyway #herewego.”

Daphne’s fourth pregnancy wasn’t easy. In fact, she told People it was the “hardest pregnancy physically.” While expecting Gigi, she shared that she was “trying to feel good in my skin, whether it’s finding little ways to take care of myself or finding clothes that fit in a way that makes me feel good, has made a big difference.”

Daphne showed off her growing bump and kept her sense of humor throughout the pregnancy. She shared a mirror selfie wearing a bikini on the ‘gram. Daphne explained: “in a bikini because it HOTand I can’t stand clothing at this point 😂.”

“It’s physically daunting,” Daphne told People. “I’ve been pregnant four times in five years now. On the one hand, your body is so resilient, it’s truly incredible what the human body is capable of. But on the other, it’s like, ‘Whoa, can you give me a break for a second?'”
