A-Rod And J.Lo Just Posted The Most Badass Gym Video TO Kick Off 2019

In case the new calendar year wasn’t enough inspo to dive into your 2019 fitness goals, just take a cue from the cutest pair ever: Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.

A-Rod just shared his first workout of 2019 on Instagram. “The grind never stops. What are you going to make of 2019?” Alex captioned his video, which was shot to the music of his girlfriend J.Lo’s new song, “Limitless.”

The video shows the former Yankees shortstop and the singer cranking out some seriously impressive moves at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California. The couple took turns doing reps of the bench press, the Roman chair (with weights!), lat pulldown, and more. (Phew, it’s tiring just watching them.)

And, of course, J.Lo looked fit AF and rocked a sports bra and leggings look that totally showed off her sculpted abs.

This isn’t the first time this power couple got their sweat on together—A-Rod has posted other videos of their workouts in the past.

A-Rod and J.Lo are also obsessed with the workout studio TruFusion, which offers a blend of hot yoga and bootcamp. Alex previously said that it’s the best workout he’s ever done in his life.

And, A-Rod certainly wasn’t kidding when he said “The grind never stops.” J.Lo has proved this to be true time and time again—she even hit the gym on her (49th!) birthday, and posted a selfie of her killer abs no less.
